Level up your game with our Beach Volleyball Conditioning class — a dynamic, full-body training program designed to boost your performance on both sand and court. Whether you're a beach volleyball enthusiast or an indoor competitor looking for an edge, this class will help you build explosive power, agility, endurance, and mental toughness in one of the most challenging yet rewarding environments: the sand.

 

In this class, you'll engage in high-intensity drills that focus on:

  • Jump training to improve vertical leap and power in both sand and hardwood settings

  • Core and lower-body strength for better stability, balance, and hitting power

  • Quick reaction and lateral movement drills to sharpen defense and transitions

  • Endurance and stamina workouts to outlast your opponents in long rallies and matches

  • Ball control and footwork fundamentals tailored to beach play but highly transferable to indoor courts

Training in the sand offers natural resistance, making every move harder—and more effective. When you return to the hardwood, you’ll feel quicker, stronger, and more responsive. Whether you’re preparing for a beach tournament or the upcoming indoor season, this class is your secret weapon for all-around volleyball excellence.

Registration for the next week will open on Mondays

​

Each class will last about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Payment will be collected at each the beginning of each class. Cash, Check, Paypal, or Venmo accepted.
